Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges:

1.What is the return policy on Fabs24?

Most of our site products are eligible for return & refund for domestic product orders. There are some products (Items) that are made to order which are not eligible (acceptable) for returns. The return and exchange policy for all products is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international product orders are not eligible to allow for product order returns or exchanges.

If the product is eligible for a return, you may write to us at care@Fabs24.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a return & refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with all their labels & tags completely intact, in the original packaging, & eligible for return only can be returned.

2.How are returns processed?

Once you request to return your product order via email. You will receive an acknowledgment email from us on confirming a Return Authorisation, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship products before you receive this e-mail from us. We will be unable to process any "products Returned" without the Return our team Authorisation Reference. After the confirmation of our email please send an order for the product.

Please note: In case needed, we'd request you for a product digital image of the item for our internal product review to be able to process your order request.

Once our team accepts your return request, You must write your name the same as the order name & order number to identify your ordered item while returning back our items. If you don't write the order number & name, Our team will not be responsible for a misplaced parcel.

The Customer has to Handle the product order Return courier process by the Customer her/himSelf through any local courier services company.

This item (product) is then brought back to our store warehouse where the product is checked by our quality & review control team. Once the order product passes the quality control, after then a money refund is initiated.

Note: -

We should get a courier within 10 days of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the return parcel

 

3.Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your product order within 24 hours of the order via email or phone. Please email us at care@Fabs24.com to request a cancellation. You will be able to cancel the product order by yourself on the Fabs24 website.

**Fabs24 reserves the right to cancel any product order without pre-confirming inform the customer at any time & may verify any order before the shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or text written confirmation from the customer.

4.How will I receive a refund for my order canceled or returned product?

In case of prepaid product orders, the money payment will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the order was made from. For Cash on Delivery parcel orders customers will be required to provide the bank details where they would like to payment receive the refund.

Shipping & handling charges of product order are non refundable only product cost will be refunded by our end

5.How long does it take to receive a refund for a canceled product order or returned product?

We will process your money refund within 5 business days in case of cancellation of a product order. In case of returns, we will refund the money payment after the product has been received by our store warehouse & post completion of quality check the products. Please note, this entire process takes will in minimum 2 weeks after the return the product has been accepted.

6.Can I return part of my product order?

Yes. You can return any order products that are eligible for the returns within 24 hours of delivery. Please do note there are some products (items) that are not exchangeable or returnable

7.My Outfit does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange of the product with the customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product order parcel. In some cases, product minor size & fit, alterations might be available for the orders placed within India. Our Fabs24 team will try its best to help you with any size of product exchanges, alterations subject to convenience. In case the product size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product order instead.

i. Color & Description Discrepancy

The outfits description information on the website contains details & product details specifications which are approximate values,product to reality. While we strive to be accurate in the showcasing colors there still may be minor change variations because of the light & settings during photography & also the color settings & properties of various monitors. Other product details like weight, work details, style, design & size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind slight change variation when placing the order online. Fabs24.com believes that every customer placing the product order is absolutely aware of these slight variations that may occur with respect to the actual product color of the outfit received.

ii. Embellishment related Issues

Clothes consisting of embellishments like beads & sequences generally have the tendency to come off. Even with the best handling, care & packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical product transit, some of them may come loose fit, so if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your order product, do not worry as it is a common issue

Note: -

Any of type disputes arising between the both parties, only Surat court has jurisdiction to settle any of the any kinds disputes.

 

International Shipping & Returns:

Fabs24 Delivered to 220+ countries worldwide.

2.What are the international shipping costs and duties?

For all international product orders from outside India, depends on the location & the product (parcel) weight and volume. Also You can check before placing the product order on the Fabs24 website checkout page.

3.How long will it take for my product order to reach me?

From the time of parcel of order shipping – it will take about 7-10 business days for your product international order to reach you

4.Can I exchange, return or cancel an international order?

5.What payment methods does website Fabs24 allow for international product shipping?
